This page explains the terms and conditions of the user licence.
1. "SDG Hero" is a movement to promote education for sustainable development (ESD) under the UN SDG 4: Quality Education, based on a toolkit which contains 1 guide for printing, 1 box package, 1 guide sheet, 1 instructor's manual, 1 adventure map, 6 occupation cards, 19 highlight cards and 44 talent cards. By integrating game-based learning into game co-creation workshops, "SDG Hero" has been able to empower thousands of children, teenagers, social workers, and families to learn, innovate, and act for a more sustainable future together.
2. According to a licence agreement, Boke Technology Group Co., Ltd.（hereinafter "Us"） owns the authorisation of SDG Hero Toolkit, the English trademark(SDG Hero) and translations of the trademark into other languages.
3. The intellectual property rights of the content that was created from SDG Hero workshops (hereinafter "Works") are vested in Us or in a third party subject designated by Us.
4. All movements initiated lying on SDG Hero Toolkit are called SDG Hero workshops or game co-creation workshops, and should only be for the public welfare, regardless of whether the use is non-commercial or commercial.

1. The SDG Hero Toolkit can be used free of charge for any free event facilitated by a volunteer facilitator. Free of charge use is also permitted for teaching activities in private or public primary, secondary or higher education establishments, with the exception of adult education, as well as a community, an association, a foundation, public bodies or local authorities.
2. The right to use the SDG Hero Toolkit free of charge as part of educational establishment activities should be differentiated from the facilitating or training services that maybe offered by service providers or the Association itself.
1. No party can privately take the SDG Hero Toolkit or Works into commercial use by himself or authorizing others or in cooperation with others. If anyone need to use above contents in commercial, please contact us by email attached on the bottom of this web in advance and obtain our agreement，such as the occurence of any commercial use without our prior agreement, all the consequences arising from the above has nothing to do with us, we will not assume any responsibility and reserve the right to pursue the responsibility for the party.
2. The commercial use include but not limited to, the follwing:
2.1 Produce and sell SDG Hero Toolkits.
2.2 Produce and sell Works or derivative works.
2.3 Conducting SDG Hero workshops and charging participants for admission.
2.4 Using the SDG Hero Toolkit for training within the enterprise.
2.5 Other commercial situations.
1. We work with educational organisations all over the world. If you're interested in partnering with us to develop more possibilities for SDG Hero, anyone is open to joining our Collaborator Network except for individual schools or teachers, then you can obtain a set of courses for Workshop Tutor & Facilitator Training and a set of courses for Knowledge of Games & Sustainable Development.
2. No organisation may, without the approval of us, communicate the fact that it is sponsoring SDG Hero workshops or training courses for another entity or for the public, or that a partnership has been agreed with the SDG Hero.
3. Any such communication must be approved by SDG Hero.
1. Modifying the SDG Hero Toolkit without the prior agreement of the Author is strictly forbidden.
2. Modifications of the SDG Hero Toolkit include, in particular, but not limited to, the following:
2.1 Modifying the content of the guide for printing, guide sheet and instructor's manual.
2.2 Modifying the content and designing of box packages, adventure map, 6 occupation cards, 19 highlight cards and 44 talent cards.
2.3 Removing more cards than what is allowed in the simplified version.
2.4 Adding cards to the SDG Hero Toolkit at any time during the workshop (introduction, creation and implementation of the SDG Hero workshop, creative phase, feedback or debrief).
2.5 The reproduction of SDG Hero Toolkit by removing references to the website or the Author, or by adding a logo or the identification of an another association or company, is expressly forbidden.
2.6 Any violation of these terms may result in legal action by us.
1. The SDG Hero was created in 2021 and will be updated over time by the Author in order to adapt to sustainable development goals and have a better experience.
2. Adaptations of SDG Hero Toolkit to a particular context or audience because of the difference in language, religious customs, regional culture and other reasonable situations may be necessary, but always require prior written authorisation from the Author.
1. The name "SDG Hero" is a registered trademark, used in particular to refer to education and training services. As a result, without prior agreement of the Author, any imitation or use of the material as a basis for any training activity is prohibited, as is any use of the material other than that authorised for use as an educational tool.
2. No one can claim any intellectual property rights in respect of "SDG Hero", either on its own or by permitting a third party to do so.
This licence is subject to potential changes. Users of the SDG Hero are requested to stay up-to-date with any such changes.
